Small Business Owner & Longtime Community Advocate Launches Campaign with Support of Councilmember Chris Cate
(San Diego, CA) – Noli Zosa has officially declared his candidacy for San Diego City Council District 7 and has earned the early endorsement of Councilman Chris Cate. Zosa is a small business owner and longtime community advocate in the district, where he has lived for nearly three decades.
"Noli Zosa has a long track record of being committed to empowering his community," said Cate. "He has deep roots in District 7 and has been a strong and effective voice for improving our quality of life in San Diego. As a successful small businessman, Noli knows what it takes to create jobs and grow our economy. His experience in both the public and private sector will be well served on our City Council. He has my full support."
"I appreciate Councilman Cate’s early support of my campaign," said Zosa. "I look forward to working with him and other community leaders on some of the most pressing issues facing our communities – including the high cost of housing, addressing the homeless crisis, and investing in neighborhood infrastructure,” noted Zosa.
Noli, the son of immigrants, obtained both his undergraduate and law school degrees from the University of San Diego.
