(San Diego, CA) – Retired San Diego Police Chief Shelley Zimmerman has endorsed Noli Zosa for City Council, District 7.

Chief Zimmerman, the first woman to serve as San Diego's Chief of Police, was confirmed by the City Council with a unanimous 8-0 vote in 2014. During her 35 year career, she received numerous awards including; the San Diego Press Club Headliner of the Year Award, the San Diego Business Journal's Women Who Mean Business - Exemplary Service Award, and the Women in Blue Award from the SDPD Foundation, amongst many others.

Noli Zosa Outraises Every Council Candidate in the City of San Diego

(San Diego, CA) – Campaign finance records confirm that Noli Zosa has raised more than all 20 candidates for City Council in San Diego – surpassing even Council President Georgette Gomez. Zosa raised $117,755 from more than 350 contributors during the fundraising period that ended on June 30th. Nearly 90% of Zosa’s donors are from the San Diego region. Zosa is running for San Diego City Council in District 7 and launched his campaign in March.
